太极之道：阴阳两仪；刚柔相济；阴阳有序；气之散聚！

华坤行为规范：“大象无形”、循势而动！

华坤强调：“大象无形！”；“没有制度的制度才是最严格的制度！”

华坤践行：“将成为华坤人变成一种荣誉！”

华坤的运营模式，决定了华坤必然的扁平式组织架构；而华坤的管理模式，也注定了华坤对华坤人作为管理者极高的职业道德和职业素养要求。

“即便是华坤的司机，也必须是业内极为优秀的司机！”而“优秀的”便是所要求的华坤标准，且这样的标准具有普遍意义的共性及共识！由此及彼，华坤对华坤人的如此要求，便是华坤体现于“无形”管理制度的行为规范！ 

华坤“没有制度的制度”，应该也必须铭记在每位华坤人的心中，体现在每位华坤人的一言一行、一举一动！ 

当然，华坤这样的管理模式，这样的管理理念，必须充分建立在华坤人极高的职业道德和职业素养之上！而这恰是“华坤人理应成为一种荣誉”的内在逻辑！
